Mod and Inscription Question
If I have a weapon that is full with Mods and Inscriptions if I double click a mod/inscription and try to add it to the weapon, can I replace the mods/inscriptions?

If you add a new mod or inscription, it will replace the equivalent one already on the weapon, and the original mod/inscription will be lost

Other questions:
* I have a weapon with two mods on it no inscription. It also DOESN'T say: Inscription: None. Why isn't it letting me Inscribe it. * I have a weapon that already has an inscription. It won't let me replace the inscription. Why? |

well, the answer to your first question is that not every weapon has an inscription slot. when a weapon says inscription: none, that means it has a slot for an inscription. your weapon doesn't have an inscription slot, basically. for your second question, the inscription must be designed for a different type of weapon. for example, you can't put a "seize the day" inscription (15 energy, -1 energy regen) on a sword because "seize the day" is made for caster weapons, not swords. Chances are that's what you're trying to do.

Where did you get it from? Items dropped in Prophecies, Factions and "Core" areas (UW, FoW) do not have Inscription slots. Currently only those in Elona do.
Like RPGmaniac said, if it has a line saying "Inscription: none." it is inscribable. If not, it isn't. |

Oh so it did not work because the item with the inscription that I tried to inscribe again was from Prophecies?

It didn't work because your FDS was not from Elona.
Only weapons with the inscription slot are inscribable. You tell by looking at the description of the weapon. It will say "Inscription: _____________". |
